Specialized services

Four service lines,
one common methodology.

Our services are organized under a common methodology of analysis, engagement, and execution. Each line can be commissioned independently or as part of an integrated engagement.

Working ecosystem

Our clients' needs are diverse.
We assemble teams for each engagement.

For each project we convene a combination of specialized profiles — legal, technical, academic, sectoral — that work alongside our permanent team. We do not sell a fixed catalog: we design the team that each context requires, maintaining centralized coordination and a single accountable lead.

That flexibility is what allows us to operate simultaneously in regulated sectors, active crisis scenarios, and technically complex legislative processes.

Institutional Relations

Building and managing strategic relationships with key public and private stakeholders.

  • Mapping and characterizing public, trade association, and civil society actors relevant to the client's operation.
  • Designing and implementing long-term, non-transactional institutional engagement strategies.
  • Advising on high-sensitivity engagement settings, including public hearings, sectoral committees, and legislative processes.
  • Continuous monitoring of public agendas, stakeholder positions, and shifts in the environment.

Risk and Crisis Management

Early identification, mitigation, and management of high-impact reputational or operational scenarios.

  • Diagnosis of reputational, regulatory, and operational vulnerabilities, with quantitative prioritization.
  • Design of crisis playbooks, escalation protocols, and scenario-based response matrices.
  • Coordination of crisis committees, spokesperson duties, and institutional response during active scenarios.
  • Post-crisis support: impact evaluation, organizational adjustments, and trust rebuilding.

Regulatory and Legislative Affairs

Monitoring, analysis, and technical advocacy in regulatory and legislative processes.

  • Continuous legislative and regulatory monitoring, with early alerts and executive summaries.
  • Technical-legal analysis of bills, decrees, resolutions, and public consultations, identifying impacts for the client.
  • Drafting of technical documents, position papers, and regulatory proposals, in coordination with the client's legal counsel.
  • Support in public hearings, legislative forums, and sectoral technical roundtables.

ESG and Sustainability Communications

Communications strategies aligned with environmental, social, and governance standards.

  • Gap diagnosis of the institutional narrative against current ESG standards and reporting frameworks.
  • Design of the sustainability communications architecture, aligned with reporting milestones and corporate strategy.
  • Crafting of key messages for financial audiences, regulators, communities, and employees.
  • Support in dialogue with investors, raters, and other stakeholders.
